The sizing from my original order was wayyyyyy off. The shirt meant for my 12 year old was big enough to fit me! I called the store and was connected with Vanessa who provided the absolute BEST customer service I think I ever have. And this was for a tee shirt. I mean...c'mon?!?!?! She made sure the correct fitting shirt was sent out after I purchased a new one (still have to return the original) and even included some nice Heat accessories for my son when we attend our first Heat game at the end of March! Give V a raise and a half!!! She's her!
