This is a solution that gives residential package recipients more control over their deliveries, and allows them to receive alerts, request hold for pickup at a convenient location, sign for packages online, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. If a wrong address is provided to us and we have already shipped your package there will be a $10 delivery charge for change of address.

Standard Shipping

Please be aware that due to the high volume of orders, orders have an estimated processing time of 1-3 business days. Depending on the method of shipment selected, shipping times may vary. Please note, 2-Day and Overnight orders placed after 12:00PM ET will not ship until the next business day.

  • Standard shipping - 3-5 business days
  • 2 Day Shipping - 2 business days
  • Standard Overnight Shipping - 1 business day

International Orders

International orders ship with FedEx International Economy or Priority Service and typically take 5 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on address provided. Orders are fully trackable to the destination address. Please keep in mind that shipping times are in addition to the order processing time.

  • European Union (28 Countries) (4-10 business days expedited delivery)
  • Australia (4-10 business days expedited delivery)
  • International Economy (7-21 business days)

Duties and Taxes

In order to facilitate customs clearance upon arrival, we use Brokerage-inclusive service directly from FedEx. All International Orders will have duties and taxes which are not included in the international shipping rates. They are expected to be paid by the customer on arrival of their package. Some international orders may be subject to an additional charge depending on the weight and height of the package. You will receive an email if your order falls under this category.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. The Miami HEAT Store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.
