On April 30, 2020 at approximately 3:00 PM EST, visit the Miami HEAT Twitter page at www.twitter.com/MiamiHEAT where we will post five (5) riddles. The answer to each riddle can be used to search the Miami HEAT Store website at www.themiamiheatstore.com (the “Website”) to find specially priced *$1 Miami HEAT Jersey merchandise (“Special Merchandise”) on the Website (the “Offer”). There will be a total of five (5) Special Merchandise items on the Website. The first riddle will be posted on Twitter and the first Special Merchandise will need to be found on the Website before we post the second riddle and so on the trivia game will proceed until all Special Merchandise items have been purchased. Free Shipping will be offered for any Special Merchandise to be shipped to a street address in the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). All Special Merchandise orders are subject to applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees for any international orders, and any associated fees for non-standard shipping, and duties fees.

The Offer will end when all five (5) of the Special Merchandise have been purchased. This Offer does not apply to purchases of other products not described herein or any in-store purchases. Online only. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate. Employees of, and the immediate family members of employees of, the Miami HEAT, the National Basketball Association, and their affiliates and subsidiaries are ineligible. This Offer is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Void where prohibited. This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.   

Participants that retrieve the Special Merchandise, must successfully complete their online order. Incomplete online orders will not be honored or accepted. In the event that no eligible participant purchases the Special Merchandise, the Miami Heat will not give away any Special Merchandise.

After each participant has successfully completed an order for a Special Merchandise, a Website Customer Service representative will contact the participant to get their desired size. The order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. This Offer is subject to The Miami Heat Store’s online terms and conditions.

The Special Merchandise items are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. The Miami Heat reserves the right, at its option, to determine the specific Special Merchandise item you will receive, and reserves the right to substitute any Special Merchandise for one of equal or greater value if the designated Special Merchandise or any portion thereof should become unavailable for any reason. The Miami Heat also reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this Offer at any time without incurring any liability.

The Miami Heat is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail or orders, miscommunications, failed telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.  Participants who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Offer, or act in violation of these terms and conditions, as determined by the Miami Heat in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. The Miami Heat will resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.  By participating in the Offer, each participant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify Twitter and the Miami Heat from and against any and all liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and causes of action (however named or described) of any kind resulting from or arising out of the participation in the Offer and/or the acceptance, possession, receipt or use of any of the Special Merchandise.

Acceptance of any Special Merchandise offered constitutes permission to use each participant’s name, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation or authorization as permitted by law and by the Miami Heat.
