i bought this Heat Culture T for Christmas and it came to his house in Virginia to his suprise when he opened the package. His father told me the expression on his face.Totally unexpected. He called me from Virginia where he lives and on his wimter break from college. He told best gift it's something he really wanted and even of thinking of muying himself. He loves Bam. I bought three items for Christmas gifts. Now that we had the holiday, we need to exchange one for my wife but since it has been beyond 30 days after we received it, I can't. It is very poor of you to not allow exchanges after 30 days. I am very unsatisfied and will never purchase anything from you ever again. Just horrible.
